We begin the next decade by carrying forward the vision launched in 2021: 'Preserving and Creating.' The evaluation involved 35 registered teams. After comprehensive on-site inspections conducted by officials and committee members, 4 excellence awards and 9 selection awards were chosen from 25 recommended cases. This volume expands on the prior year's work, featuring the practices of 13 management units and insights from the evaluation process. It aims to provide actionable guidance for cultural heritage professionals while encouraging public participation, letting culture enter into people's daily lives.
